OpenGov
OpenGov is the City's online budget transparency tool that allows the public to view our budget revenues and expenditures in real time and in an easy-to-understand format. Drill down to the level of detail you seek and track the City's annual budget milestones at every step.

Open Town Hall
Provide your feedback on topics provided in the City's online Open Town Hall tool.
Knowledgebase
The City's knowledgebase is an online interactive database of frequently asked questions. Use the knowledgebase to seek answers to your questions and submit questions not already in the database. After the City receives your question, an answer will be provided and then added to the knowledgebase. Access it online or on the City's mobile app.

Register for the City's notification system to receive emergency alerts and non-emergency messages via text, email or phone.

The Rouss Review is the City's podcast posted every 2nd and 4th Monday at 5 pm on Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, the City's website, social media, and more. Hosted by City Manager Dan Hoffman, this informative show will discuss relevant topics with a special guest and provide an overview of upcoming Council meeting agendas.

Public Meeting Agenda Portal
The City organizes all agendas and minutes for City Council, Board of Architectural Review, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Economic Development Authority, and more in one online management portal. These agendas and minutes are integrated with meeting video or audio for easy access to the discussion you want to hear. Other agendas and minutes are posted on the board's web page. Cable Channel 6
The City maintains a community access channel, Comcast cable channel 6, as another communication tool. Current news, service information, updates, program information, events, videos, and more. Click here to stream the channel online.
Public Records (FOIA) Request
To submit a request to view or receive a copy of a public record, please visit the City's FOIA request portal. This online program will allow requestors to submit and track requests for public records after creating an account. Requests are also accepted via phone, email, fax, mail or in-person.
